The Designer Cup Challenge
In honor of National Breast Awareness Month in October the Garrett County Health Department sponsored The Designer Cup Challenge, a bra art competition. The event was designed to raise awareness about breast cancer and educate women about the disease. Pictured above are the winners of the competition.
