Services are offered at the Oakland location and at the Grantsville Clinic.
This program serves Garrett County residents who have a DWI conviction and have been referred for substance abuse treatment and education. Services offered include DWI clinic, Maryland State Certified Education and Treatment Program, pre-court assessments, 6-month treatment program, 8-week education program.
