Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) - this is the least intensive level of HFGC services. After initial contact with a family, home-visiting services may be declined with the family electing to receive periodic contact, which includes the administration of the ASQ to assess whether or not their child is developmentally on target. Information to assist parents in promoting growth and development and ASQ results are sent to the parents.
