Immunizations for Children
This service is offered to protect children from birth to age 18 from certain preventable childhood illnesses. The nurse will review immunizations, ascertain if the child is current on immunizations, administer immunization, and review potential adverse reactions. Please call to verify cost of visit.
Hours of Operation: Oakland - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Grantsville - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Appointments Required.

Vaccines that are offered include: Pre-Exposure Rabies, Hepatitis A & B, Tetanus, Pneumococcal, Influenza, Meningococcal, and Tuberculin Skin Testing, overseas travel information.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.. Administration of vaccine and blood work provided on Tuesdays unless previous arrangements have been made. Appointments Required.
