The Friendsville S.A.D.D. Group withstood frigid temperatures to deliver over 25 treats to older residents for Valentine's Day. The youth made the cards and cookies by themselves. Friendsville S.A.D.D is sponsored by Friendsville Community Watch and the Garrett County Health Department.
