Operation Jumpstart | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The purpose of Operation Jumpstart is to alter the behavior or environment of groups in a way that will improve health outcomes. Health Department Outreach Workers will help jumpstart your group to reduce, eliminate or prevent behaviors that pose health risks and encourage healthy behaviors. An Operation Jumpstart can last for as little as six weeks, or as long as one year. Some examples of positive changes an Outreach Worker can help facilitate for your group or organization are as follows:
