Community Planning Groups (CPG) are community-based groups made up of volunteers, both youth and adults, who plan and carry out drug-free activities for youth and their families. There are currently eight CPGs, each of which relies on mini-grants to conduct their community activities. The mini-grant funds come from a mix of sources from grant year to grant year.
